HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
We put our passion and all our heart into our work so that you will only ever want one thing when you receive your LES MUST product: to keep it as part of your most treasured memories…
Nevertheless, you have 14 days from receipt of your parcel to return any products ordered on the site to us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Here is the procedure to follow so that your return and refund can be processed under the best conditions:
- Email us at info@leshop17.com to let us know about your return request, with the subject line: "Return request: order number starting with #".
- Make sure the returned item is in perfect condition. Any damaged product will not be refunded.
- Return the item, noting the order number as well as your first and last name, to the following address:
LES MUST, 15 Rue Notre-Dame, 06400 Cannes, France - Please choose a shipping method that includes a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claim regarding a lost parcel.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 5 days after receipt of your parcel.
