ARTICLE 1. PARTIES
These general terms and conditions apply between LES MUST, a French SARL, share capital: €927,243.66, registered with the Cannes Trade and Companies Register under number 438812976, registered office: 15 Rue Notre-Dame, 06400 Cannes, France, phone: +33 (0)4 93 39 46 46, email: info@leshop17.com, intra-community VAT number: FR45438812976, hereinafter "the Publisher", and any person registered on the Site to purchase a Product, hereinafter "the Customer".
ARTICLE 2. PURPOSE OF THE SITE
The purpose of the Site is to sell Products to Customers: women's ready-to-wear clothing and fashion accessories.
ARTICLE 3. ORDERS
Customers select one or more Products, add them to their cart, then confirm their order after checking the contents and price. A confirmation email is sent upon receipt of payment, within a maximum of 24 hours.
ARTICLE 4. PRICE – PAYMENT
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs, and valid on the day the order is placed. Card payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal; instalment payments via Alma. An electronic invoice is sent to the Customer after each payment.
ARTICLE 5. DELIVERY

ARTICLE 6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason. Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility. Full details of the return and refund procedure are available on the Refund Policy page.
ARTICLE 7. WARRANTIES
Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
ARTICLE 8. LIABILITY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Publisher shall not be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the Site. All content on the Site (text, images, trademarks) is protected by intellectual property law and may not be reproduced without authorisation.
ARTICLE 9. PERSONAL DATA
The processing of Customers' personal data is described in the Site's Privacy Policy.
ARTICLE 10. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These general terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the consumer Customer may resort to consumer mediation or to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
