Terms of Use

ARTICLE 1. PURPOSE

These terms of use (hereinafter the "Terms of Use") set out the terms and conditions under which LES MUST, a French SARL with share capital of €927,243.66, registered with the Cannes Trade and Companies Register under number 438812976, with its registered office at 15 Rue Notre-Dame, 06400 Cannes, France (hereinafter "the Publisher"), makes its website, hereinafter the "Site", and the services offered on it, available to internet users, hereinafter the "Users".

ARTICLE 2. ACCEPTANCE

Accessing and using the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use by the User. The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, with the new terms applying as soon as they are published online.

ARTICLE 3. ACCESS TO THE SITE

The Site is accessible free of charge to any User with internet access. All costs related to accessing the Site, whether hardware, software or internet access costs, are the sole responsibility of the User.

ARTICLE 9. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
